Review Your Installation Checklist

Preparing Your Home For Installation

- Remove and box all items from furniture to be moved.

- Remove all hanging objects from the walls directly in and around the area of installation. Vibrations from the installation may cause damage to these objects.

-Disconnect and move any electronics, appliances, & computers.

- If flooring is to be installed in the closet, remove all contents on floor & low hanging objects.

- Our installers are not responsible for damage to valuables present. They must be removed.

- Some materials require acclimation prior to the installation date. Materials should be delivered to an area of your home that is climatized with running HVAC systems.

Work Environment

- Our installers will need access to an area where they can store and cut flooring materials during the course of the installation. This area is typically a porch, garage, or driveway. Discuss weather conditions with your sales representative once your installation is on schedule.

- Our installers will need access to electrical power. For Sand and Finish, 220V is required. For tile, access to water is required.

- The interior temperature of the installation area should have functioning and running HVAC with temperatures between 65-75 F. Relative Humidity should always stay between 35-55 % during the life of the flooring.
