I highly recommend! It was truly a pleasure and a wonderful experience! My rep Derrian was one of the most diligent, informed, helpful and trustworthy home improvement representatives that I’ve ever worked with! He was fantastic and made things easy. I got a very high level of communication that was greatly appreciated - every step of the way! And the install crew was also exceptional and left my house clean and beautiful. They did a great job on the install, and we LOVE our new carpet! Their showroom was massive and I highly recommend using Atlanta Flooring Design and ask for Derrian!
Christos made sure that we were completely satisfied. Helping to verify it was the right flooring to match an another area that was done 2 years prior. Now our room looks great replacing an old wall to wall carpet. The shipment was done immediately. And I really appreciate his personal attention and follow up.
We could not recommend them enough! Michelle was incredible, helping us find the best carpet for our budget and was very helpful accommodating our forever changing renovation schedule. Jose worked quickly with his crew and ensured the house was well protected throughout the process. We will be using them again in the future!
We had a waterline break in our master bathroom and even though we have a newly built house, we discovered that the flooring that we purchased at a different vendor had been discontinued. I was heartbroken because we were trying not to have to redo our master shower tile and wanted to find a close match of tile flooring that would coordinate for our master shower. Within minutes of meeting Lilliana she helped me find the perfect match for my existing shower tile within minutes of me walking into the showroom. She also helped me pick out the tile grout and was able to help us get a rush order for the product. She was very consultative and has an eye for design! This was the easiest process I’ve ever experienced in working with a flooring vendor. We will definitely be purchasing from them again!
We just recently used Atlanta flooring services to replace our Hardwood floors. Sandra was our service specialist. She did great since day one. She worked anround our budget, providing us with the best quality floors and service. We were out of town, while the workers took care of the remodeling, and they not only did a great job installing them, but also the house was immaculate. We will be using their professional services in the future. Thank you Sandra.
Bought my new home, loved it but the carpeted steps had to go. My builders agent recommended Atlanta Flooring Designs specifically Derrian Daniel. He was an absolute professional. He gave me several suggestions that worked perfectly. He is pleasant and super easy to work with. The guys that came out kept me informed and inquired when any adjustments needed to be made. They were in at 10 out before 6p. The stairs exceeded my expectations. It was just what I needed to perfect my already perfect home to me.
We shopped several different floor companies and ended up choosing Atlanta Flooring Design Center. We worked with Derrian Daniels and the owner Donny. Recommend Derrian highly to work with has lots of patience. The pricing was fair and the installation crew did a great job. Everything went great.
Shawn was really helpful in helping me select finishes for my remodel, and the work is impeccable! They refinished my hardwood, removed my old stair treads and replaced them with stained red oak, and replaced carpet in three bedrooms; all of the work looks great! I'm so glad that I chose Atlanta Flooring Design!
The quality of the product and the service received from Atlanta Flooring was outstanding. Derrian Daniel, the sales representative, expertly guided our carpet selection with patience and kindness. He diligently offered of a variety of selections and provided any requested resource. A+ to Derrian who follow up with all details to make sure we were satisfied customers.The installers and quality control folks went out of their way to make this project a success. They responded to all of our requests for adjustments. Even the gentleman who initially came out to measure the area, and the woman who did the scheduling were delightful and professional to work with. It was a pleasure working with this team. And, we absolutely LOVE our new carpet!
I can't say enough about the excellent experience that we had with AFDC in Suwanee. The level of professionalism was apparent from the beginning of the process to the end. Since we had water issues with our previous floor, Mimi showed us a beautiful waterproof product that we absolutely loved. We brought a sample board home and my husband soaked it in water for three days to see if it would swell. It didn't!!! We knew we had a winner. The installation crew was amazing! Hector and his team worked tirelessly to rip up our glued down floors as well as carpet (our entire lower level) so they could begin the install. It took a little longer than expected to complete but we didn't mind since we were more concerned about a quality installation. They did not disappoint! We would definitely use AFDC for our future flooring needs.
I cannot say enough GREAT things about Mimi at Atlanta Flooring in Suwanee!! Her communicate was always clear and within a timely manner. We never had to wait for her to call us back, text or email us. There was a small problem with the flooring that we, including Mimi, were not aware of but Mimi went out of her way to make it right!! We appreciate her patience with us while deciding on which floor we wanted. She listened to our needs and recommended exactly what we needed!!!!!! We are so incredibly pleased with the floors and the service that Mimi provided us!! We will definitely be back and recommend to all our friend and family!! THANK YOU MIMI!!!!!!!
